Zoo Twenty-Two

I took an art journaling class in Seattle from Teesha Moore. She's got a really great loft in Pioneer Square just a block from the waterfront - exposed brick walls, very high ceilings, and huge windows with lots of natural light. There were about 20 others in attendance, mostly locals. We went to Chinatown for lunch, a new chunk of downtown Seattle I've never seen before. The class was fun, and while I learned a lot, I didn't really get very far on my own journal. I'll have lots to keep me busy in the next few weeks. After class I headed down to the water, had a beer out on the dock, and enjoyed the glorious northwest summer weather. It's back to midwest heat and humidity tomorrow.
