Photogate and Photo Journal

I've been switching back and forth between working on my engineering sensors and my art journal. The latest sensor is a photogate - you use it to time toy race cars or balls rolling down a ramp to see how fast they are going. The journal has a gardening theme with plenty of places to paste photos of plants. I'm using the Botanica Bella paper from Graphic 45. While waiting for the glue to dry in the journal, I run back to the sensor and wire a little more on it; and when my brain is fried from trying to get the sensor to work (electronics are always so persnickety), I take a break and do a little mindless gluing in my journal. Complementary hobbies.
