Working in the Shop

I'm teaching my engineering students how to use the power and hand tools in the shop. Nerve-wracking! We're making trebuchets - a medieval form of a catapult. They are turning out to be a little more complicated than I anticipated. A great learning experience to be sure, but I'm concerned about everyone making it to graduation with all 10 fingers intact, especially when we're using the scroll saw. Teenagers aren't necessarily known for their care and attention.
