I finally got a chance to head to KC and see the family. It's been over two months since I've seen Baby Violet, so of course she's really changed. She can sit by herself without tumbling over and when you lay her on her back, she tries to roll over onto her stomach though she still can't figure out how to get her little arm out of the way. Her favorite "toy" seems to be her toes. We had pizza for dinner Saturday night and while we were eating, Violet became obsessed with Karen's empty water bottle. I don't know what the fascination was about it - maybe the crinkly noise it made as she squeezed it, but she was desperately trying to get a grip on it with her teeth.
