Technically Carol Mulvenon isn't an artist, but a nurse. Her sister is an artist, though, and whenever they get together, they often create some kind of artwork in their journals. Her style is somewhat simple, but very colorful, probably because she likes to use her sister's markers. I enjoy reading Carol Mulvenon's blog, because she is from Kansas and makes Lawrence, Kansas sound like the most exciting place on earth to live. One of these days, I'm going to take a road trip to Lawrence and check out some of the restaurants and bakeries that Carol always blogs about. They sound delicious.
