I went out to lunch with some former teacher friends and then went to the Fiber Art Show at the St Louis University Museum of Art. One member of our group was the featured artist in the show. Some of the pieces looked like quilts, but most of them are more like works of art that you can hang on the wall or display on a shelf. Some of them even looked like the collage pictures I make, only they used fabric instead of paper. My friend tried to get me to join the Missouri Fiber Arts Club, but my craft room is already bursting with art supplies. I don't have any room to add a new hobby.
