I think everyone in St Louis is so grateful that the snow and cold are finally over that they are all heading outside. I rode my bike past the zoo and it was absolutely packed - no spaces in the parking lot, and a line of cars waiting to get in. Luckily there weren't too many people on the bike path, but there were a ton of mothers with baby strollers on the sidewalks.
Everything is blooming around here. With the late winter all the flowers are popping out at the same time. It inspired me to plant the flower pots on the front porch. I think the pink impatiens and white alyssum look very fresh and springy - perfect for Easter.
