For the past 2 years, the electric company has been trying to "fix" the street light in front of our house. Last year they dug up the tree lawn to tinker with the connection. Earlier this summer they dug a trench through the front yard to run new wiring. None of those solutions seemed to work, so last week they came out and dug up the entire pole. Unfortunately, we haven't seen them since, so no telling what they'll pull out of their bag of tricks next.
