After my last cookie fiasco, I got a lot of advice on how to make them better. Like when the recipe says "soften the butter," you don't put it in the microwave on high. Or when the recipe says to drop spoonfuls of dough on an "ungreased" cookie sheet, you don't spray it with Pam first. So this time when I mixed up another batch of chocolate chip cookies, they came out perfectly - just like the pictures in the Mrs Fields advertisements.
Imagine my surprise when I woke up this morning and saw this. Tip to the elves: when you put hot cookies on wax paper to cool, it's very obvious when some are snitched.
