When I was in Kansas City, Violet showed me her new teeth that were growing in, but her baby teeth were refusing to fall out (that seems to be common in our family). Well the first one finally fell out. The second one is still hanging on, but after Violet realizes that the Tooth Fairy means money, she may be pulling it out herself.
