New Cookbook

We've been using the Blue Apron meal service for a couple years now, but it seems to be getting very repetitive. So I bought a new cookbook off Amazon. The cookbook is based on the Whole-30 diet plan where you are not supposed to eat any sugar, dairy, grains, soy, alcohol, and legumes for 30 days. Frankly, there isn't a whole lot left to eat, but this cookbook is comprised of recipes based on the remaining ingredients. So far, I've found the meals quite tasty. They use common ingredients in unique ways (noodles out of zucchini or rice out of cauliflower) and they use a lot of spices. The only negative aspect is that the preparation is quite labor-intensive, so I took a day off yesterday and went to Mia Ranchito's. I don't want to get too healthy too fast.
