For our March Urban Sketch outing, we met at St Louis Art Supply in the Central West End. Luckily the art store has a cafe inside, because it turned out to be the nastiest, rainiest day of the year (we could hardly see out the windows). But I love sketching old buildings and this area is still being "gentrified," so I had plenty of options to choose from. One of the bonuses of meeting at an art store is that you get to shop when you're done drawing. I might have gone a little overboard choosing from their selection of notebook accessories.
