Things always look worse before they look better. They finally started tearing out the old driveway today. I endured the jackhammer for an hour and then took off for the rest of the day. That jackhammer was making the whole house shake. Bruce came home for lunch and we had to run around looking at other driveways to pick out the aggregate. Who would have thought that concrete would be so involved??? (BTW, the white circle in the picture below is a storm drain.)
