We didn't do anything overly spectacular on this holiday weekend - mostly some home cleanup projects. We stumbled across signs for a little neighborhood fair, so headed over there Sunday night for dinner. Even though it was your typical carnival-type food, it was better than the charred hamburgers I attempted to grill the night before (one of these days I'm going to learn how to cook). There were lots of different booths set up; some with local artists who were really quite good. The next morning, they had a 5/10K run. I could tell Bruce was itching to get out there, but we didn't even know it was scheduled. We put it on the list for next year, especially since the proceeds go to support the library. But the weekend's over, so it's back to working on my STEM extensions.
