My Pierogi

I decided to try my own hand at making pierogies with cabbage rather than mashed potatoes - more like my grandma used to make. I managed to get flour all over the kitchen (including my camera), but I ended up with a halfway decent looking dish. I'm a LONG way off from the 500 we made in Portland last week, but my measly 20 certainly gave me a greater appreciation of the work my grandma had to go through to make these (and she didn't have a food processor to make the dough).
