We celebrated my niece's 29th birthday by going to the Golden Coral restaurant. Their claim-to-fame these days is the chocolate fountain. You skewer a marshmallow, cube of fruit, or Rice Krispie treat and hold it in a stream of warm, flowing chocolate. Sounds decadent until you notice that once the chocolate cools, the marshmallow has been "glued" to the plate. Great for the arteries, but most of the people eating at Golden Coral didn't look overly concerned about diet.
