I never thought that on Leap Day, I would have to "leap" over all the holes in my front yard. The electric company is laying new lines right through our front yard. I don't care about the grass quite so much as I do about the driveway. Hopefully, this giant machine will be able to tunnel under so they don't have to take a jackhammer to our new concrete.
