My guys finally finished their trebuchets (a medieval catapult), and we took them outside to test them. Unfortunately, while they looked really good, they only launched the projectiles about 10 feet - not quite as far as we were expecting. We spent the day researching how to make them better and came up with a few ideas. All in all, they look pretty impressive, though, and everyone still has all 10 fingers and toes. Good thing, because Prom is this weekend.
