Dim Sum

I went to Sunday brunch at the Dim Sum buffet. Dim Sum are little dumplings either steamed or fried and filled with vegetables, meat, seafood, or condiments. The brunch I went to had them all, plus every other kind of Chinese food you can imagine. It took me a while to get the hang of the system (luckily I brought along Dr Tai to run interference). The servers come around with cart after cart of tempting food, all of it served on little bite-size plates - perfect for picking up with a pair of chopsticks. Before we knew it, we had more food on our table than we could possibly eat, and more carts just kept coming by. I'll have to show a little more discipline the next time I go.
