Roller Coasters

This week I'm running an Imagineering camp on roller coasters - all middle school girls. We've been conducting investigations on energy, friction, speed, mass, and just about anything else that would make a roller coaster ride thrilling. In this experiment, the girls put little LEGO figures on the coaster car, who immediately fell off when the car raced down the hill. So the clever girls used twist-ties as little seat belts to keep the figures in the car. Very ingenious.
