I went to Walmart and bought some of those red plastic storage bins in an effort to try to consolidate these (above) into this (below).
Poor Bruce made three trips up to the attic last month looking for our ceramic Christmas village. He brought down box after box, all labeled "Christmas," but none of them held the elusive ceramic village. So one of my New Year's resolutions is to try and organize the attic. You know - get rid of those boxes that have been virtually untouched for the last five years. Unfortunately, Christmas decorations are not the objects to start the de-cluttering project with - too many memories. So everything got packed back up and now we have even more boxes in the attic than we had before. At least some of them make the attic look more festive.
