I finally got a little break in my back-to-back workshops this summer, so I met my friend, Joyce, for lunch at the Botanical Garden. Of course, the weather picked the 30 minutes we tried to walk through the park to pour down rain on us, but I managed to get a photo of these interesting glass globes in their lily pond.
I've also been able to spend a little time in my art room. Nothing super creative, but I'm making a couple journals from some paper I picked up when I was in Portland.
