I'm as bad as the department stores - getting out Christmas decorations before Halloween. I've been trying to get rid of (or at least condense) some of the stuff stored up in the attic. There are 13 boxes of Christmas decorations - way too much stuff given that we aren't even home that much to look at them. While I'm not quite ready to give up a Christmas tree totally, I decided to trim it down to a 4 ft tree that I can cover and shove into a closet when December is over (no more crawling up in the attic). So for the next few days, I'm planning to transfer the ornaments from the big tree to this smaller tree I picked up at Walmart. Ho ho ho.
