Christmas Concert

We went to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra Ghosts of Christmas Eve concert. I've never seen them in a live performance, but I listened to their music in December. I didn't really know what to expect, but they definitely weren't your typical Christmas concert.
In addition to the electric violin, keyboards, drums, and guitars there were lasers, fireworks, and fiery flames (I actually liked those, because I thought it was cold in the auditorium). Several sections of the stage raised up and down (way up into the rafters). They had 3 large screens that they projected images onto - sometimes something traditional like a fireplace or Christmas tree, but more often 3D images of flaming dragons and gargoyles.
Their costumes were somewhat dark and ghoulish-looking - not your traditional red sweater, however I think half the people in the audience were wearing red sweaters.
The big constant among the singers (male and female) was they all had long hair which they constantly flipped back and forth as they played or sang along with the music. I really enjoyed this concert much better than the White Christmas musical Courtney and I saw in Chicago, though it may take me a bit longer to get my hearing back.
