This is the "free week" at the fitness center where you get an opportunity to sample all the different classes. Since our
Boot Camp class was cancelled, my friend and I decided to hunt for something new. When we walked into Monday's
Total Body Conditioning class, we saw several women doing laps around a circle of chairs. Hmmm... not quite the aerobic intensity of
Boot Camp. But it turned out that the chairs were there for balance, because we stretched and turned and kicked and squatted, half the time on one foot (I'm feeling the after-effects already). It will be interesting to see what Tuesday's class is like -
