New Year's Resolutions

Time to ring in the new year and set some goals for 2018. I could stick with the traditional goals to lose 10 pounds, get more exercise, eat healthier, reduce stress, blah, blah, blah... but those are boring and frankly a waste of my time. Been there, tried that, my commitment rarely lasts past a week. I could continue with the "try something new" theme from last year, but I'm already drowning in half-finished projects. When I was a kid in Campfire Girls, their motto was "finish what you begin," but obviously I wasn't a very good Campfire Girl. Nevertheless, I think this might be a good goal for 2018 - to finish up the myriad of projects I've got tucked into closets and drawers around the house, like the monster quilt or the crocheted afghan or the junk journals or the electronics kits or the American Girl doll camping set or ... I don't need to go on, because I think you get the picture.
