I surged ahead of Janet this week, partly from the hiking trip and partly from the engineering conference (the Salt Lake City Convention Center is HUGE). Too bad Janet just can't zoom straight across in her new Lincoln. I was hoping to finally make it to Virginia, but I've still got 145 miles to go. I'm not sure how much progress I'm going to make this week with temps in the 90's, 76% humidity, and a threat of thunderstorms. Sounds like a good week for some "zero days" reading my Kindle.
