I should have waited a week to start our I-70 walking challenge. I'm not used to the heat and humidity (at least that's my excuse for this week). I did manage to get to the outlet mall, but I'm still technically in St Louis. Janet sprinted all the way to Higginsville. Maybe I should stop off at the outlet mall and buy a new fitness outfit to inspire me (though I'll be taking the car for that little excursion).
