I finally dragged myself into the 21st century and bought a new phone - an LG G7 ThinQ. My Samsung S4 really wasn't that old (about 5 years), but in techno-years it's considered ancient. The new phone styles remind me of the old boomboxes - way too big to fit into your pocket, so a bit of a pain to carry around. Of course, most people (especially the younger generation) never put their phones away, so size isn't an issue. But now I've got one more piece of new technology to figure out how to use. The stack of users' manuals on my desk is growing by leaps and bounds.
