I don't usually get an opportunity to post pictures of myself out sketching, because I'm either drawing or taking photos of the other members of the group. But one of the San Diego sketchers took a bunch of photos, so I grabbed a few to post on my blog.
While we met at the water tower, that isn't necessarily what people chose to draw. I didn't realize that the lady behind me included my back in her sketch (notice she took a few liberties on the coat and pants colors to liven up the sketch).
I got finished with my first sketch early, so I moved to the sidewalk to draw the taco stand across the street. I was in a hurry, so I really didn't get the colors right as this taco stand was bright, bright orange and yellow.
