I am participating in an online art workshop sponsored by Strathmore. The first class was Recycled Journal Pages taught by Pam Carriker. Since I'm new at this, I didn't have any art work to recycle, so I just used pictures from magazines and papers I bought at Archivers. This is my third attempt, because I couldn't get some of the art media to work together - especially the oil pastels. I think buying my supplies at Walmart is not helping. But the finished product didn't turn out too bad, and it definitely has more depth and interest that a simple cut & paste collage.
