I went for a walk through a very Catholic South St Louis neighborhood known for its outdoor religious altars (usually Virgin Mary statues in inverted clawfoot bathtubs), but this display really caught my eye. Four pink flamingoes were lined up in a "V" all pointed toward the Blessed Virgin sitting on top of a bird bath under a garden arbor adorned in Christmas tree lights and candy cane pinwheels.
