It's official. As of 4:00 pm Thursday, Bruce is now officially retired after 29 years at Boeing. We celebrated by going out for margaritas and enchiladas. He couldn't quite believe it and kept checking his phone for upcoming meeting announcements (old habits are hard to break). It will be interesting to see what the next year will bring. I'm not sure if starting your retirement on Friday the 13th is a good omen or bad, but he received several bottles of wine to help him with the transition.
