Courtney is moving into her new condo this week, so Bruce spent the weekend helping her "spruce" things up before moving in. The trouble with moving to a larger place, however, is that there are more rooms, more walls, and much more paint involved, not to mention all those pesky little nail holes and plaster cracks that were strategically hidden by pictures and plants, but are now glaringly noticeable with an absence of furniture. I felt a little guilty, because while they got a lot of the larger walls painted, Bruce said there was still a lot of cutting around doors and windows still left to be done. That's normally my specialty, but my Mothers' Day present was staying home and avoiding the 6-hour drive.
