My sister, Janet, joins the Silver Sneakers generation today as she turns 65... or 780 months in baby time. I got her one of those t-shirts newborns wear every month during their first year.
Melissa and Michael organized a surprise party for Janet at Harrah's. This is one of the few times I've been to a surprise party where the guest of honor had no prior knowledge of the event.
I got to see some of my cousins
and other relatives I rarely see outside of funerals.
