Violet and Lincoln went back to school this week. Lincoln is in a small Pre-K group in a neighbor's home. Violet is starting 2nd grade. The Lee's Summit schools are sending 1st-3rd grades back in-person, while the rest attend online. I remember having a ball in 2nd grade, because my teacher, Miss Nancy, was a fresh, young graduate and not the strict, ruler-wielding nun I had in 1st grade. Hazel is staying home to hold down the fort, but with her adventurous spirit and constant desire to copy her siblings, Melissa might have to look for a preschool for 2 year olds. Maybe I can make up a virtual classroom for her to "attend" and teach her all about robots.
